At the Implementation Executive on Wednesday last a report was agreed that will result in the consolidation of Wiltshire Council offices over the next few years. This involves moving out of old energy inefficient offices and more home working by staff. The net effect will be;

1. A reduction in energy costs of 40%
2. An annualised cost saving of £1.2M after all costs have been taken into account. This represents over 7% of total office costs.
